All Time Fitness: Gym Member App

All Time Fitness wanted to give its members more than access to equipment. Members, especially beginners, often didn't know how to perform exercises correctly or which equipment to use, and trainers couldn't guide everyone one-on-one. Workout plans, diet guidance, class schedules and event updates were shared separately, with no single place for members to follow their routine or track their progress. The gym needed a branded mobile app that would act as a digital extension of the gym floor.

We built a branded cross-platform app for Android and iOS using Flutter, bringing the entire member experience into one place from a single codebase. A personal dashboard shows daily activity at a glance: workouts, diet, steps, weight, heart rate and BMI. The exercise library organizes movements by equipment, and each exercise includes a video demonstration, difficulty level, targeted body parts and required equipment, so members can train correctly without a trainer beside them. A dedicated diet section offers searchable nutrition categories and curated plans like a bulking diet, and members can view workouts and diet plans assigned to them by the gym. Group classes such as Tabata, Zumba and Trampoline, along with gym events, are shown on an interactive calendar with completed and upcoming views. A floating WhatsApp button and an integrated Instagram tab keep members connected to the gym at all times.
