M Chacha: Home Services Booking Platform

Finding a reliable electrician, plumber or mechanic usually means asking around, making multiple calls and waiting without knowing when, or if, someone will show up. M Chacha wanted to remove that uncertainty with a single platform where customers could book trusted professionals in minutes. Skilled workers also needed a simple way to receive nearby job requests and grow their business. Bringing both sides together required two connected apps that could match customers with the right expert based on location and keep everyone updated in real time.

We built two connected cross-platform apps for Android and iOS using Flutter: a User app for customers and a Partner app for service professionals. In the User app, customers choose a service such as electrical work, plumbing, or car, auto and bike repair, then place an order with details of the problem. The request is sent to nearby verified professionals, who receive it in the Partner app and can accept it instantly. Location-based matching keeps response times short, and status updates keep customers informed from booking to completion. The assigned expert then visits the customer's location to complete the job. With every service in one place and a transparent process, both customers and professionals get a faster, more reliable experience.
